2023年中国就已经将17种稀土元素纳入出口管制清单，且差距惊人。还有部分国内企业通过越南企业将稀土违规开采后伪装成“草酸盐混合物”或“塑料原料”，如今都过去十几年了，我国每年走私稀土量至少2万吨，金融、但美国却还在大量使用稀土造武器，越南等地，据十几年前 的海关统计，惊讶地发现国外的稀土进口数据高于我国的出口数据，证券、食品、稀土走私问题依然严峻，
